At Heritage Homestead Foundation, we believe that no one should struggle to find safe, stable housing after a lifetime of work, service, or sacrifice.
We are a nonprofit organization dedicated to providing long-term supportive housing for adults aged 50 and older, veterans, and individuals living on fixed or limited income.
Our homes are more than a place to stay—they are structured, intentional environments designed to promote stability, dignity, and a renewed sense of belonging.

Mental health services, including therapy and counseling
Social service and case management appointments
Our transportation assistance helps reduce barriers to care, promotes consistency in treatment and support services, and empowers residents to stay engaged in their personal development and overall well-being.
Nutritious Meals
Residents receive regular, well-balanced meals to support overall health and wellness. We strive to provide meals that are both nourishing and comforting, helping individuals feel cared for in a meaningful way
Our program emphasizes basic nutritional support tailored to the needs of older adults, including:
Meals designed to support heart health and general wellness
Consideration of common dietary needs (low sodium, diabetic-friendly options when possible)
Hydration support and encouragement of healthy eating habits
Attention to portion balance and nutritional value
While not a medical or clinical nutrition program, we strive to provide meals that contribute positively to each resident’s well-being.
Connection to Outside Resources

We assist residents in accessing a wide range of essential services, including:
